Lendable provides lending software solutions to clients worldwide. Our Services include, but are not limited to, loan origination, loan servicing, risk assessment, and customer relationship management.

  1. Your use or inability to use our Services.
  2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
  4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lendable, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
